FESS Nasal Defence Nasal Saline Spray helps moisturise your nose, which helps guard against airborne infections, such as the common cold, handy for when you’re catching public transport or are in other crowded areas. Directions: For use by one person only. 1. Direct the nozzle into your right nostril. 2. Aim slightly back and out towards the top of your right ear. 3. Fully depress the pump. 4.
