Instructions: 1. Prep nails for colour application by first applying Colour Theory Top and Base Coat to clean, dry nails. 2. Apply thin coat of colour to nail in three strokes and wait for it to dry. 3. For a super-rich colour, apply second coat of colour and wait to dry. 4. For brilliant shine and to seal in colour, finish with an even layer of Colour Theory Top and Base Coat.
